If you don't see your child's name, please verify that you're entering it exactly as it was registered with the school. If your child was very recently added to the school, it's possible they weren't included in the original school list — in that case, please email us directly at support@academypics.com.
Yes — there is an order deadline, and it's listed on the ordering site once you enter your confirmation code. Ordering before that date guarantees your child's individual portrait and on-time delivery.
If your school emailed you an early bird discount code, enter it on the very last page of checkout, right before clicking "Place Order."
Yes. Ordering happens on our secure ordering platform, the same one your confirmation code connects to — your payment details are never stored on this page.
